Wow absolutely amazing experience! The facility was bigger than expected and super clean. We booked a couples session with fruit platter and coffee/tea add on. The staff was very welcoming and respectful of our privacy. We will definately be coming back!

Couples Bookings
The Ultimate Couples Experience, enjoying your own private oasis in the ultra-opulent masterpiece. Enjoy Privacy, Serenity and reconnection.
Group Bookings
The Catering to small groups of 3 to 9 people. You have the entire space to yourselves. We also cater for large groups with up to 4 hours of time given to these groups.
Casual Bookings
Use the facility at your own pace. The perfect place to unwind, relax, catch your breathe. Soak in the mineral magnesium spa. Remove the toxins in the intense hot stone sauna, and just enjoy the large spacious opulent surroundings.
Medicare (EPC)
Begin your recovery and wellness journey with a personal trainer who will guide you through your program. Enjoy the entire facility after the training to relax and rejuvenate.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
You will recieve tailored exercises that are easy to perform and help you improve your condition. The water is at a therapeutic temperature which is 34 to 35.
HOW TO GET FREE SESSIONS?
Your family GP will know if you are eligible and will refer you under the medicare scheme to our clinic. We run the physiotherapy and hydrotherapy clinic at 160 Lakemba Street, Lakemba NSW 2195. The GP should write to referral to our address.
