These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the services provided by Hot Spa - Therapy Pool & Spa ("the Spa"), including the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, and other wellness services. By booking, visiting, or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Appointments: All spa services must be booked in advance, either through our online booking system or by calling the spa directly. Booking confirmation must be received before arrival to guarantee your appointment slot.
• Group Bookings: Group bookings are allowed. Please contact our team or use our online booking system to arrange group appointments.
• Peak Hours: Please be aware of peak hours, during which the demand for services may be higher. These hours typically occur between 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM on weekdays, and during weekend hours, varying by the day. We recommend booking during non-peak hours for a more relaxed experience.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a charge equal to the full price of the session.
• Changes to Bookings: You may modify your reservation up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time, subject to availability. You can reschedule your appointment for a different time slot, provided space is available.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. We encourage you to arrive on time to maximise your session.

• Spa Access: Access to the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, and other facilities is only permitted during booked session times. All visitors must comply with the specific guidelines set for each facility to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Health Considerations: Guests must inform the Spa staff of any pre-existing health conditions that may affect their ability to use our facilities. Individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, or skin conditions, may be restricted from using some services.
• Age Restrictions: The spa and its services are available to individuals aged 17 and above. Guests under 17 are not permitted to use the facilities for safety reasons.

• Membership Options: The spa offers flexible membership plans, including full membership, limited access, and special passes. Membership details, benefits, and pricing are available on our website or upon request.
• Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellation policies may apply depending on the plan. No cancellation fees are charged for memberships paused for up to four weeks per calendar year.
• Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to priority booking, discounted rates, and other special privileges as outlined in their specific membership plan. Benefits may vary, and we encourage members to review their plan details.

• Appropriate Swimwear and Towel: All guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear when using the hydrotherapy pool and spa facilities. A towel must be brought for use during your session. Towel rentals are available if needed.
• Hydration: While water is available throughout the spa, guests are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. A drink fridge is available for additional refreshments.
• Valuables: We recommend that guests leave valuables at home. Lockers are available on-site for personal belongings, but the spa does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

• Wellness and Rehabilitation Services: Hot Spa - Therapy Pool & Spa offers specialised wellness services such as hydrotherapy and rehabilitation therapies. These services are designed to support general health and well-being. However, they do not replace medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, we advise you to consult a doctor before using our services.
• Injuries or Accidents: Any injury, accident, or incident must be reported immediately to the spa staff. The spa is not responsible for any injury or loss occurring on the premises as a result of failure to comply with the safety instructions or guidelines.

• Indemnity: Guests use the spa facilities at their own risk. The spa is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property while using the services. By booking or using the services, you agree to indemnify Hot Spa - Therapy Pool & Spa from any claims resulting from your use of the facilities.
• Session End Time: Guests must finish their session by the designated end time. Overstay may result in additional charges, and the staff will ask guests to vacate the facilities promptly to allow the next scheduled appointment.

• Respect for Other Guests: All guests are expected to behave respectfully while using the spa facilities. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
• Noise Levels: Please maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere in all areas of the spa, including the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and steam room, to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.

• Personal Information: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking and administrative purposes. We respect your privacy and ensure that your data is handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Photographs and Media: Guests are not permitted to take photographs or videos inside the spa facilities without prior consent. Any media content created during your visit may be used by the spa for promotional purposes if you agree.

The spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, and your continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of these changes.
